These Terms of Service govern your use of shopwithyou.ca and purchases made from WithYou. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our posted policies. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase in your place of residence. Information supplied for an order or account must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

2. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, specifications and availability accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations can affect appearance. Products, descriptions and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only after payment is authorized and we confirm acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or delivery restrictions. We will attempt to notify you using the contact information supplied with the order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties or import fees are disclosed where required or may be charged by the destination authorities. You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information.

5. Shipping, cancellations and returns

Shipping estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs and events outside our reasonable control. Please review our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Cancellation requests must be made promptly and cannot always be accommodated after processing begins.

You may use the website only for lawful personal purposes. You must not interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, scrape or exploit content without authorization, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or violate the rights of WithYou or any third party.

7. Intellectual property

The website’s original content, branding and design are owned by or licensed to WithYou and are protected by applicable laws. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping.

8. Third-party services and Shopify

The store is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly from WithYou, not Shopify. The website may use or link to third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond what applicable law requires.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify and service providers may process information as described in that policy to operate the store and fulfill orders.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude any warranty, consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability may lawfully be limited, WithYou is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

11. Changes and severability

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
