Order processing

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during peak periods, for personalized products, or when additional order verification is required.

Shipping rates

Canada: Standard shipping is CAD $3.99. Standard shipping is free on orders of CAD $49 or more.

United States: Standard shipping is CAD $4.99. Standard shipping is free on orders of CAD $49 or more.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery is estimated at 7–15 business days after the order has been processed. The total estimated time from order placement is therefore normally 8–18 business days. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, product availability, and circumstances outside our control.

Because products may be fulfilled from different facilities, an order containing several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent by email after the order ships. Tracking information can take several business days to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address accuracy

Please verify the delivery address before submitting your order. Contact us immediately at contact@shopwithyou.ca if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing begins. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. Unless collected at checkout or prohibited by law, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays, missing or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a parcel appears missing, or an item arrives damaged, contact us at contact@shopwithyou.ca with your order number. For damaged items, include clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. We respond within 1–2 business days and will review the available solution under our Return and Refund Policy.
