Order processing

We prepare your order within 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on all orders to Canada and the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, delivery is estimated to take 10 business days, for a total estimated timeframe of 13 business days after you place your order.

We do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe. However, circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs inspections or carrier disruptions, may cause delays. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Because products may be fulfilled from different facilities, an order containing several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent by email after the order ships. Tracking information can take several business days to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address accuracy

Please verify the delivery address before submitting your order. Contact us immediately at contact@shopwithyou.ca if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing begins. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. Unless collected at checkout or prohibited by law, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays, missing or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a parcel appears missing, or an item arrives damaged, contact us at contact@shopwithyou.ca with your order number. For damaged items, include clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. We respond within 1–2 business days and will review the available solution under our Return and Refund Policy.
